A Good Leader prepares well.

Dear Jesus Generation,

Welcome to the Leadership Lesson, The Biblical way.

Today’s Topic : A Good Leader prepares well.

By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, PREPARED an ark to the savings of his house” - Hebrews 11:7

A Good leader always prepares well to lead. The quality of preparation determines the quality of performance.

If we carefully look at the life of Jesus (the first 30 years), He saw hundreds of sick people who required healing, many demon possessed who needed deliverance, saw thousands warped with the traditions and trapped in religious systems - but He didn’t responded to any of them, because His time has not come yet. In other words, He is under preparation by Almighty God.

His preparation time was exactly thirty years. Jesus was never in a hurry to preach the good news. Instead, He waited on God to introduce Him to the world, only when He is completely prepared to do the job. His ministry began on the day of His baptism, where God announced Jesus to the world stating “this is my dear son, with whom I am well pleased”.

Jesus impacted the whole world and His influence is still relevant even after 2000 years. Why ??? He prepared well in His first 30 years.

Champions do not become champions in the ring. They are merely recognised in the ring. Their becoming happens in their daily routine.

Preparation time is never wasted. Preparation is a process which will make us better to achieve our goals.

So take time and prepare yourself in God first and then invest time to become an expert in

whatever God has called you to do. I am sure you will lead yourself and others in a better way.

I pray that you will be used mightily by God to shine for Jesus.

God bless !!!
