Psalm 37:23
The steps of the righteous man are ordered by The Lord and HE delighted in his way.
When David went to see his brothers who are on the battlefield with Philistines, he heard the voice of Goliath, challenging Israelites to fight with him. The entire army, including King Saul, was terrified because of this giant, but David heard the same words in a different way. It was his divine appointment to become famous, to be exalted, and go to the NEXT LEVEL. We know the story of what happened thereafter.
The same case was with Ruth when she went to pick some grain from Boaz’s field. Boaz saw her and Ruth found favor in his eyes. Boaz ended up marrying Ruth and she became the Queen of the same field where she went to pick some grain for a living. How marvelous are the works of God, if we stay faithful in our walk with Him.
How many of us know that Ruth was the great grandmother of King David(Boaz was the father of Obed by Ruth, and Obed the father of Jesse. Jesse was the father of David the king)
Both Ruth and David have their divine appointment moments to move towards their God planned destiny.
An unexpected situation can lead to a divine appointment and a divine appointment can lead to divine blessing. God is the great engineer, creating circumstances to bring about moments in our lives of divine importance leading us to divine appointments.
Get encouraged my friends, God is still in control of your life and He is in the process of putting the right people, right opportunities, right occasions and right resources in your path to become famous, to outshine and enter into your divine destiny.
I believe and proclaim that this week is your “Divine Appointments“ week. Say Amen and receive it with faith.
