Overcoming the Fear of the Future

How will be my Future?

What course to join, to get a Stable Job?

What if I lose my current Job?

Will I ever get married?

Will I ever bear Children?

How will I clear my loans & debts?

Who will take care of me in my old age?

Fear of the future—also known as Anticipatory Anxiety, is one of the most common struggles in the world today, for both young and old.

Statistics say 43% of the people are suffering from this fear.

Let's see what Jesus said about this topic in Matthew 6:25-27

Don't worry about tomorrow, depend on God, just like the Birds of the Sky. Your life is very precious.

Three Steps to Overcome this Fear:

1). Trust in God and put your Hope in Him. He is your Father and God. He knows how to take care of you (Proverbs 3:5,6)

2). Taking Thoughts Captive - We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Chris (2 Corin 10:5)

3). Remind Yourself and Speak the Promises of God over your Life - 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. '” (Jeremiah 29:11)

The God who was with me yesterday, will be the one who will keep me safe and help me out tomorrow as well. This is my Prayer and Faith confession.

God bless!!!
